To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly invite you to review the following Terms & Conditions and Booking Policies. These guidelines are designed to provide clarity and help you plan your stay with confidence.

Booking Policies

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. A reservation is considered confirmed once the guest receives a written confirmation email from the hotel.

Guarantee & Payment

To secure a reservation, a valid credit card is required.

Depending on the rate selected:

• A pre-authorization may be processed prior to arrival, or
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the credit card provided is invalid or declined.

Non-Smoking Policy

Hotel Tulor is a non-smoking property in accordance with Chilean law. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and all indoor areas of the hotel.

Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for your convenience.

Please note that smoking inside guest rooms will result in a cleaning and sanitation fee. This charge will be applied to the guest’s account to cover the costs associated with restoring the room to its original condition.

Children Policy

Children are welcome at Hotel Tulor.

One child up to 5 years old may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents. No additional bed will be provided under this policy.

Additional children or requests for extra beds may incur extra charges and are subject to availability.

Force Majeure

Hotel Tulor shall not be held responsible for cancellations or modifications caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural events, travel restrictions, or other force majeure situations.

Cancelation Policies

Cancellation and modification policies vary according to the selected rate plan.
Please refer to the specific cancellation terms indicated at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Free cancellation up to 5 days  before arrival.
• Cancellations made after this period or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the total of stay.

Non Refundable Rates

Reservations made under non-refundable promotions or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.

Early Departure

In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full stay as originally booked.

Groups Bookings

Special conditions may apply for group reservations (4 rooms or more). Please contact the hotel directly for detailed terms.

Special Requirements

All special requests (room preference, dietary restrictions, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
